Development of a theory of change to underpin the charity’s future planning, tracking and evaluation for its conflict-resolution work.
This project involved:
- Reviewing feedback from staff and users on perceived impact.
- Conducting a one day consultation with delivery staff, board members and invited experts.
- Researching and writing a full literature review to assess the theoretical and empirical underpinning of the potential outcomes.
- Refining and compiling a final set of outcomes.
