LEAP Confronting Conflict

Development of a theory of change to underpin the charity’s future planning, tracking and evaluation for its conflict-resolution work.

This project involved:

  • Reviewing feedback from staff and users on perceived impact.
  • Conducting a one day consultation with delivery staff, board members and invited experts.
  • Researching and writing a full literature review to assess the theoretical and empirical underpinning of the potential outcomes.
  • Refining and compiling a final set of outcomes.
